Rafael told CERep about the missing mum in Auckland which is very sad.
It was very interesting for BB to hear about E3 the Godwit who flies thousands of kilometres every year. Sam did a great job of reading to BB.
Rebecca took Lucky to the dentist and then to Brownies. Lucky's teeth are good.
CERep wants to warn people not to buy chocolate labrodor puppies at the moment in case they are the stolen ones. Johnathan was worried for the puppies.
BB got to read all about his relations. He learnt how heavy he should really be. Prue and BB enjoyed reading info about whales and dolphins.
Sean took Lucky home and gave him a new kennel for transportation. He feels much happier now.
Renee helped CERep read about a group of people on a boat that had a close encounter with a humpback whale.
BB was very interested in all the information Red shared from a book about the weather.
Kobee and Lucky played in the hut they made. They couldn't go outside because the ground was too wet.
CERep reported with Tessa's help on a tropical storm. Cyclone Bonnie is going to cause problems for the oil clean up.It will push the oil onto shore.
Jack took BB away to Queenstown. Lucky BB!
Jack read Questions and Answers Earth and Space to BB. BB now has a lot of information about Earth and space.
Lucky got to go to Hayley's. I Lucky sat on Hayley's pony. Lucky had a lot of fun especially the bedtime story. "I need to grow a bit before i can ride the bike." moaned Lucky.
Jemma and CERep watched TV1 news. They saw a school that is using cellphones to do their work. They are really lucky we think that is awesome.
BB listened to Shekinah read Ben and Mark Boys of the High Country.
Lucky went to Kallums house and went to the dairy shed on Kallum's motorbike.
CERep watched the news with Cara and checked it out on the computer. A 14 year old girl wants to sail alone around the world. We think this would be very scary, especially at night.
BB got to listen to a chapter of A basket of Stories for Nine Year olds with Millie. The story was The Three Wishes. 5/10
Elijah's sister rushed to the door to give Lucky a big hug. Lucky got to ride Elijah's bike, jumping over six bricks. He loved seeing the dog Phenix and the cats.
Isaac and CERep were disappointed to hear the sad news about Lt. Tim O'Donnell dying in combat in Afghanistan.
BB listened to information read by Rafael about castles. Castles are very old up to 2000 years old. BB learnt a lot about castles and life in those times. 8/10
Rebecca explained how the Aurora Australias happened. It's also known as the Southern Lights and happens when the sun explodes and the next good one should be in 2012.
Johnathan read a Zac Power test Drive book.They enjoyed this read. 8/10
Prue remembered to take Lucky home with her. Unfortunately my bus trip was a bit of a worry so luckily Prue put me back in my box. There were bizarre animals at Prue's house. I met Benjamin her kitten. I watched Prue play on her Wii. That was weird.
CERep and Sean used the internet to find a news story. They thought it was a little bit funny that a police car was stolen from a checkpoint at the weekend.
BB really enjoyed going to the Timaru Libray with Renee. He couldn't believe how many great books there were to choose from.
Lucky had such a great weekend. He went to the ski field with Tessa and Rebecca. Unfortunately he was left in the carpark getting cold while they skied. He also got to go out for a yummy meal.
Kobee and CERep reported that Parliament want to lower the alcohol limit for drivers. They believe this will help lower the number of accidents there are.
A cool story that BB really enjoy about a relative. Jemma read the classic New Zealand true story about Opo the Dolphin. Opo lived in the Hokianga Harbour. 9/10
Lucky was lucky enough to go to Renee's house. Lucky enjoyed feeding the calf, seeing the sheep and playing with Renee's dog. Lucky counted 12 sheep. Lucky got to ride on Renee's bike.
Hayley said that there needs to benmore help for saving the kiwis.Ferrets have killed several kiwi in santuaries. CERep s really concerned about the kiwi population.
Tessa and BB read The BFG. It was about a big friendly giant and nine mean giants that ate people. It was really enjoyable and there were funny words in the story. 8/10
Kallum and CERep were really pleased they were tucked up inside because there had been a really bad cold snap with lots of snow in the McKenzie.
Maketu read Anaconda Ambush to BB. He explained that the snake was perfectly camouflaged in the jungle Maketu gave this book a 10/10 .
Nathan took Lucky home on the Otaio bus. Lucky jumped out of his box and scared Nathan's mum. Lucky got to have a feed and then play tag. Lucky enjoyed the warm house rather than being outside. Lucky really enjoyed being on the dairy farm.
Elijah reported on the local hunting competition held in Waimate last weekend. There were a lot f pests killed, which is great.
Cara took BB home and read Calling All Creeps! A goosebumps book. It wasn't as scary as Cara had hoped. 7/10
Lucky had a great time at Isaacs, although he had to wear earmuffs because of Isaacs LOUD snoring. Lucky got to go on the truck and had a very close encounter with a bull - SCAREY.
Lucky used a chainsaw to cut up some firewood. He found it very difficult so he asked an adult to do the rest. Lucky came back to school for a rest.
More bad weather. Sean and CERep reorted on th flooding in China and Pakistan. Rain rain rain.
Rebecca and BB read Puppy Place. It was about a brother and sister who fostered dogs. Lizzy wanted to keep the latest dog but wasn't allowed. 9/10
Lucky and Rafael went home with his mum. it was just a short drive home to find Rafael's dad doing interesting stuff. Yum afternoon tea Lucky's favourite thing. Lucky and Rafael helped mix up the concrete. It was hard work doing the foundation for the new house.
CERep was really sad to hear Sam explain the situation in Pakistan. There is a disaster there at the moment, there are huge areas that are flooded, people are starving and sick. Lots of people have died.
Sean read Devil Danger to BB. This is a Justin D'Arth book. Sam Fox has many different adventures and this is one of them. 9/10 Remember to check the website.
Lucky had a great time skiing at Roundhill. He also got to go to the motorcroos at the weekend.
Prue and CERep learnt about the Tasman Glacier. Watching the glacier has becomne easier as the weather has cleared. The experts say that there will soon be an iceberg created when the glacier calves off a piece.
Lucky went to hockey with Jemma and was pleased they got 2 goals but sad they lost. Lucky had fun at Jemma's.
Reid and CERep report that the UN plead for help for the starving people in Pakistan. They have plenty of water but no food. Helicopters are being used to get the food to remote places..
BB got to look at the book Farmer Ham with Isaac. The farmer wants to get rid of the farmer who has pesky crows eating his crops. He makes a scarecrow which works well. 7/10
Lucky walked home with Maketu. They played for a while after school.
CERep went to Shekinah's house. CERep was amazed to see a cat with wheels for back legs. The poor cat was hit by a car but people helped to pay for the wheels. It cost two thousand dollars for the vet to help fix up the cat.
Millie and BB read about a girl going to a new school. She was really worried but it turned out ok. 9/10
Lucky got to go to McDonalds with Isaac. He also watched as helicopters worked on the farm. Hopefully next time he might get to go for a flight.
CERep heard all about the troops that are preparing to go to Afghanistan. The first group since the tragic death recently. Thanks Jack for helping CERep understand this.
BB and Kobee read a book about a brother and sister. They have adventures. 8.10
What an awesome busy time Lucky had with Rebecca. Lots of adventures and some scarey firsts. ILucky even managed to con a biscuit from Rebecca. Lots of photos were taken during Lucky's time at Rebeccas. Lucky even got his box decorated and a new outfit.
Millie shared with CERep information about a up and coming 11 year old boxer. This boy goes to the same club as Millie's brothe.
Hayley and BB read about a puppy who got lost in a strange place. Jessie saved Cara the puppy.10/10
CERep learnt about a fire in Invercargill. Two adults and a child escaped the fire.
Kallum and BB enjoyed a book about a farmer and his cows. There were many problems in the story. They enjoyed this book. 10/10

Prue read a story called Piano Lessons Can be Murder! Goosebumps to BB. It was a story about a boy who caused trouble for his family. He also had to go to a new school. BB gave it a 8/10 and said read it if you dare!!!
